Miniaturized Light Dosimeter

At Wearifi, we are making the next-generation of wearable electronics.  Our unique set of patented technologies allow us to create the world’s smallest wearable wireless devices – small enough to fit on your fingernail. With NFC technology – you’ll never need to charge your Wearifi device. These are the world’s only battery-free wearables – no cable included or necessary. Size and convenience don’t come with drawbacks when it comes to accuracy. Our sensors are high performance enabling accurate measurements compared to devices orders of magnitude bigger and more expensive. Our lead product, developed in collaboration with L’Oréal, monitors personal UV exposure – in a form factor that is small enough to be worn on the tip of a finger.

Additional sensors built with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) capability that operates in extremely power efficient mode are also clinically validated and available for order. The BLE Light Dosimeter by Wearifi features autonomous and remote measurement capabilities, requiring users nothing but only to wear the miniaturized dosimeter. The device supports up to 8 channels of multi-spectral dosimetry, offering design flexibility that can be tailored to broad- or narrow-band detections ranging from UVC (240 nm) to IR (1000 nm). Powered by just a single conventional coin cell battery, the BLE light dosimeter can continuously measure light intensity and cumulative dose at a typical 30 sec measurement epoch for up to 6 months before requiring a battery replacement. This ensures long-lasting and accurate performance, providing users with the most convenience and reliable way for uninterrupted data collection.

Dosimetry data is seamlessly synchronized via a wireless interface to the user’s mobile app, providing flexibility with options for local downloading via the phone or encrypted transmission to the Cloud for remote access. We provide a clinically validated algorithm for calculating daily dose and indoor/outdoor time, ensuring accurate and actionable insights. The platform also supports an API utilizing advanced machine learning and AI techniques for tailored data analytics, empowering users with comprehensive and personalized analysis capabilities.
